One of the saddest things to see is how badly our military veterans are treated by both the general public and the Veterans Administration. Congress provides billions of dollars to the VA to make themselves feel good, but they don’t take measures to make sure veterans get adequate care from the VA facilities. Far too many of our bravest are marginalized because the VA is filled with well paid workers who are either unfriendly, uninterested, indifferent or simply incompetent at their jobs.

We believe that it is in the best interest of our veterans that we as an organization speak out on this issue and bring some attention to it. Veterans need compensation and healthcare for their service-connected disabilities because they are entitled to it and they have families who deserve better than what they are getting. There are some very good, caring, sensitive and competent people in the VA who are doing their jobs extremely well, but they are in the minority and far and few between. Still, there are entire departments within the VA Administration and VA medical facilities that serve only to make the plight of the military veteran and their families worse. Please support us in our efforts to provide food, medical, and housing assistance with your donation.
